Job summary

Adecco Creative & Marketing and a global technology leader are seeking a hands-on Motion Designer to join the in-house Creative & Video Studio on a long-term contract. You will craft motion graphics, animations, and video content that bring products and campaigns to life, and help build reusable systems to accelerate production.

The role is remote in the U.S., pays $37/hour, and requires 3+ years of experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, plus a portfolio demo

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Motion Design or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Portfolio/demo reel showcasing professional motion design work is required.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for global marketing initiatives.
• Develop content including product demonstrations, explainer videos, social media assets, webcast graphics, event visuals, and digital storytelling experiences.
• Execute established creative concepts and independently produce polished motion assets.
• Build reusable After Effects templates, animation frameworks, and modular creative assets.
• Create scalable, localization-ready content that can be adapted across markets and channels.
• Manage production delivery for assigned projects from execution through final delivery.
• Troubleshoot technical and creative production challenges.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
