Job summary

P10, a remote-first creative agency, seeks a motion graphics designer to create compelling 2D and 3D animations for video campaigns and brand assets. You will blend live-action footage with animation, motion graphics, VFX, and sound to deliver polished cinematic experiences.

Collaborating with internal teams and clients, you will help brainstorm concepts and refine storyboards, contributing creative vision from concept to final delivery in a remote-first setup in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in motion graphics, animation, or post-production at a creative agency or production studio.
• Advanced proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator; strong VFX and animation workflow experience.
• Creative versatility across styles, from sleek corporate to bold and experimental.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for video campaigns and brand assets.
• Blend live-action footage with animation, motion graphics, VFX, and sound into polished cinematic experiences.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to brainstorm concepts and refine storyboards.
