The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, and technically proficient, with the ability to apply design thinking to create high-quality, production-ready creative across digital and web platforms.

This blended role combines graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing. You’ll partner closely with marketing, brand, social media, paid media, and other cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual assets that communicate key messages, drive engagement and acquisition, and support marketing investments across channels.

As a fully remote team member, you’ll use visual storytelling to create effective, on‑brand experiences for our audiences.

Essential Functions
  • Conceptualize and execute creative for digital, paid media, social media, web, and other online platforms.
  • Develop original visual concepts in collaboration with the Creative Director, Design Lead, and Video Lead while working independently to ensure alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.
  • Create engaging, performance-focused designs that support lead generation and acquisition efforts.
  • Develop adaptive and scalable content that can be replicated successfully across campaigns and channels.
  • Own projects from ideation through execution, proofing, revisions, and final delivery while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Partner with project managers to support timelines, workflows, and deliverables using Workfront, Wrike, or similar project management tools.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and team leads, presenting creative concepts and rationale that support brand strategies and integrated campaigns.
  • Apply and uphold brand identity guidelines across all creative touchpoints.
  • Help evolve the brand through advanced motion assets and innovative technical applications.
  • Collaborate with external agencies on ideation, file sharing, edits, and refinement of creative concepts and deliverables.
  • Partner with lead videographers to create video edits, cutdowns, and production‑ready files.
  • Apply intermediate video editing and motion graphics skills to support short‑ and long‑form content.
  • Work closely with creative, brand, paid media, and social media teams to understand audience segments and performance data, translating insights into visual concepts that support performance marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current with design, social media, video, and motion graphics trends.
  • Share knowledge of AI tools and best practices to improve creative quality, efficiency, and speed to market.
Required Qualifications
  • Accredited degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related field; or five or more years of professional design experience supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Advanced proficiency in design, photography, and creative software, including Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Express, and Lightroom.
  • Intermediate proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software, including After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design concepts, typography, short- and long-form video, and creative work across social media, paid media, digital, web, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to contribute across graphic design, video, and motion graphics projects.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI in the creative process, including daily use of AI tools to explore concepts, generate iterations, and support final production.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Flow, Gemini, Claude, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, CapCut Pro, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of design principles, image optimization, user experience and UI/UX principles, and motion graphics best practices.
  • Intermediate video editing and production experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools to create short- and long-form content.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience building interactive spaces using web platforms such as Foleon, Instapage, or Ceros.
  • Knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Prior agency experience.
