Job summary

Replika is seeking a Motion Designer, Growth to produce video ads and UGC creatives for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll take concepts from idea to finished ad, iterate based on performance, and own the motion craft end-to-end.

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility to extend or convert to permanent. You’ll work on a fast-paced growth team, design and animate, and help build a consistent Replika presence across social channels.

Qualifications

• Strong motion design portfolio with real paid-campaign examples.
• Hands-on mastery of After Effects, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good taste and eye for composition, color, and timing.
• Understanding ad structure: hook, emotion, CTA, pacing in early seconds.
• Ability to create stop-scrolls that stay on-brand for Replika.
• Experience using AI tools in creative workflows to enhance output.
• Strong product interest and user empathy.
• Self-directed: fast, shipping work with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Concept and animate video ads and UGC creatives for paid social — Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Pitch ideas, refine hooks, and turn concepts into test-ready ads.
• Experiment with diverse styles from polished motion to native UGC.
• Deliver a steady stream of high-quality creative at required volume.
• Collaborate with producers and UAMs to transform briefs into winning ads.
• Maintain a cohesive Replika presence across social channels.
• Own the motion craft end-to-end: set the bar and ship fast.
