Job summary

Gismart is seeking a motion designer to create engaging video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat. You will collaborate with the Creative Producer and UA teams to test briefs, iterate quickly, and produce multiple variants across hooks, lengths, and languages.

The role requires at least 1 year of mobile app experience, strong AE/Adobe tools skills, and the ability to adapt concepts for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience working with mobile applications.
Knowledge of and hands-on experience with the latest AI tools (Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.).
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.

Responsibilities

Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat.
Collaborate with the Creative Producer and UA team on briefs, hypotheses, and rapid iterations.
Adapt winning concepts into multiple variations: hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, languages, audiences.
Edit footage (UGC, stock, screen captures, app gameplay) into polished, on-brand videos.
Maintain visual consistency and quality at high cadence – multiple creatives per week.
Use AI-powered tools to speed up production where it makes sense.
Stay current with motion trends and platform-native ad formats.
