Job summary

PlayQ is seeking a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to create high-quality motion graphics and video ads for mobile games in a remote LATAM setting. You will edit gameplay footage, craft compelling narratives, and produce rapid creative iterations to drive performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing Art and User Acquisition to translate creative direction into scalable assets, leveraging AI tools and industry best practices for optimization and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in motion graphics, video editing or performance marketing for mobile/ digital ads.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, storytelling and ads for mobile games.
• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics for user acquisition and marketing campaigns.
• Edit gameplay and promotional footage into short-form video ads.
• Apply editorial principles to craft hooks and compelling narratives.
• Produce high-volume creative iterations and templates for rapid testing.
• Collaborate with Creative Director, UA, Design and cross-functional teams.
