Job summary

Wpromote is seeking a Digital & Motion Designer on the Performance Creative team, reporting to the Director of Creative Operations & Production. You will translate strategy into high-performing static and motion assets for paid digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

The role thrives in a remote-first, fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering pixel-perfect assets, and contributing to client growth while upholding brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in digital, graphic, or motion design with performance marketing experience preferred.
• 2+ years in an agency, client-facing, or fast-paced creative environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating digital design, motion graphics, and performance-driven creative across multiple channels.
• Experience designing paid digital creative across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon.
• Ability to translate creative strategy and brand guidelines into high-performing digital assets.
• Strong visual design, typography, layout, and motion design skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and produce static and motion creative for paid digital campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and account teams to translate strategy into performance-driven assets.
• Develop concepts, present work to clients, incorporate feedback, and guide production to final delivery.
• Create pixel-perfect assets with adherence to briefs, platform specs, and brand guidelines.
• Design, adapt, resize, and optimize assets across formats, placements, and channels.
