• Review closed loan files for accuracy and compliance with investor, agency, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor post-closing pipeline and quality metrics to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Interpret evolving guidelines and translate requirements into repeatable processes and job aids.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated post-closing questions and exceptions.
