Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of mortgage operations experience with post-closing/funding exposure.
• Experience reviewing closed loan files for compliance with investor/agency requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to improve results.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Capital Markets trade desk and loan delivery teams for loan and servicing sales.
• Troubleshoot transaction issues and recommend operational improvements.
• Review closed loan files for accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Reconcile investor purchase advice with execution expectations.
• Monitor post-closing pipeline and quality metrics; identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Monitor collateral reports and raise concerns with custodians.
• Translate evolving guidelines into repeatable procedures and job aids.
