Immediate start, 20-40 hours per week for 2-3 months, with potential extension. Direct mortgage industry experience is required to provide practical guidance and independent support.

The ideal candidate will navigate title claims, liens, foreclosures, and ownership changes while building FAQs, SOPs, and playbooks as needed for recurring servicing questions.
