SimplyPMG is seeking a Corporate Trainer – Mortgage Sales to design and deliver onboarding for Loan Officers and staff, building engaging training that drives performance in a fast-paced mortgage environment. This fully remote role partners with Sales Leadership, Operations, and Learning & Development to ensure learners gain knowledge, skills, and confidence.

Qualifications

• Three years of mortgage sales, operations, training, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential mortgage lending and sales processes.
• Experience delivering virtual instructor-led training or adult learning.
• Ability to coach and motivate individuals with varying experience levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and inform training.

Responsabilités

• Develop onboarding training for Loan Officers and support staff.
• Deliver ongoing sales, systems, product, and process training.
• Conduct coaching sessions and performance evaluations.
• Monitor trainee progress and address attendance and engagement issues.
• Keep training content current with compliance and industry trends.
