Job summary

SimplyPMG is seeking a motivated Corporate Trainer – Mortgage Sales to support the growth of our Sales and Operations teams through engaging training, coaching, and development initiatives. This fully remote position trains new team members, enhances sales performance, and ensures employees have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced mortgage environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage sales, mortgage operations, training, coaching, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of residential mortgage lending, loan origination, sales processes, and customer engagement.
• Experience delivering virtual instructor-led training or adult learning programs preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate individuals with varying levels of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate onboarding training curriculum for Loan Officers and staff, ensuring smooth role transitions.
• Deliver ongoing sales, systems, product, and process training to reinforce best practices.
• Conduct call monitoring, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations to identify development needs.
• Monitor trainee progress with Sales Leadership and address attendance, engagement, and behavioral concerns.
• Maintain current knowledge of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and compliance to keep materials accurate.
• Collaborate to update training content, job aids, and learning resources.
