Job summary

Trophy Point Lending is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide dedicated support to a Loan Officer. This remote role focuses on pipeline management, borrower and partner communications, and preparation of loan documents.

You will maintain CRM data, schedule calls, and support sales initiatives, helping the officer spend more time closing loans while ensuring timely responses to leads and inquiries.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in sales support or administrative roles.
• Ability to respond to borrowers and partners clearly and promptly.
• Experience with CRM and pipeline management preferred.
• Familiarity with lending terminology helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales and administrative support to the Loan Officer.
• Help manage the Loan Officer's pipeline and follow-up activity.
• Prepare and send term sheets, proposals, and other borrower materials.
• Maintain CRM data for leads, borrowers, brokers, and opportunities.
• Respond to borrower and broker inquiries by phone and email.
• Schedule calls, meetings, and other sales-related appointments.
• Assist with conferences and partner events as needed.
• Coordinate with loan operations when a new application is ready to move into processing.
• Track items and help deals move toward application.
