Job summary

Mission Loans is seeking experienced remote loan officers to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will assess client needs, recommend suitable mortgage products, and guide borrowers from application to closing.

You will work with inbound/outbound calls, analyze finances to tailor offers, input data accurately, and collaborate with processors and relationship managers to ensure smooth submissions and timely closings.

Qualifications

• Active MLO license allowing operation in four or more states.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Direct-to-Consumer loan originator.
• 3+ years experience in a call center environment.
• Mortgage product expertise: Conventional, FHA, VA, Refinance, Jumbo, Non-QM.
• Proficiency with CRM and LOS such as Byte, Salesforce, Encompass.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by guiding clients through the loan process.
• Engage with clients via inbound/outbound calls using company-provided leads.
• Analyze financials to structure tailored loan offers.
• Input borrower information accurately and maintain records through closing.
• Review documents to ensure complete and accurate submissions.
• Communicate proactively with borrowers from application to closing.
• Collaborate with processors and relationship managers to resolve issues.
• Meet performance goals and ensure compliance with lending regulations.
