Guaranteed Rate, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Processor to join our team. You will move files from VP sale to UW submission and through to closing, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and clear communication with borrowers.
You will use Encompass, Outlook, and YBR, review documents, collect fees, manage conditions, and coordinate with Closing Coordinator to ensure timely closings. Remote option within Charlotte area.

Processor
We are committed to providing a competitive and equitable total rewards package. The compensation for this role is designed to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The expected base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
As a Processor, you are the center of the operation. Your primary focus is the swift transition from the VP sale to the UW submission then ultimately to CTC and submission to closing. You will process the file to satisfy investors and GR UW guidelines, while working with the rest of the team to communicate with the borrower and other interested parties to ensure a transparent loan process. You are responsible for "keeping everything together" by following up, restating expectations, and tracking important dates and orders, all within your expected "Time to Task." Can be Remote in the Charlotte Area
Must utilize Encompass, Outlook and YBR. Organizational skills, a strong sense of urgency and ability to adopt key technology tools are critical to the success of this role. Product knowledge and underwriting guideline proficiency required. Customer service and communication skills essential to provide best in class customer service.
