Job summary

Acrisure Mortgage LLC is seeking a Mortgage Processor for a remote role. The position handles processing from submission through underwriting to closing, collaborating with borrowers, referral sources, loan officers, underwriters and closers to ensure timely closings.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of current experience processing residential mortgage loans, including FHA/VA/Conventional/USDA, and builder pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years CURRENT experience processing residential mortgage loans.
• Experience with FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond and USDA loans.
• Experience with retail builder pipelines.
• Familiar with DU/LP and GUS guidelines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process files from submission through underwriting to closing.
• Collaborate with borrower, referral source, loan officers, underwriters and closers to complete tasks per policy.
• Maintain timely processing in compliance with operations policies and procedures.
