Acrisure Mortgage, LLC is seeking experienced Mortgage Processors for potential future opportunities in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on processing residential mortgage loans from submission through underwriting to closing, with emphasis on builder partnerships and multiple loan originators.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years current experience handling FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond and USDA loans, familiarity with DU, LP and GUS, and an ability to process about 15–20 closed files per month.

Responsibilities

• The Processor handles files from submission through underwriting to closing, coordinating with borrowers, referral sources and internal teams.

• Maintains compliance with operations policies and procedures throughout the file lifecycle.

Acrisure Mortgage, a leading residential mortgage lender, is seeking experienced Mortgage Processors for potential future opportunities within our organization. While we may not have an immediate opening, we are always interested in connecting with seasoned processors who have current experience as well as a proven track record of supporting builder partnerships.

The Processor is responsible for processing files from submission through underwriting to closing. They will work closely with the borrower, referral source and internal team members including the Loan Officers, Underwriters and Closers to complete all functions within a timely manner and consistent with all operations policies and procedures.

Candidates should have a minimum of two to five years' experience processing FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond and USDA loans. They should also have experience working on retail builder pipelines. They should be familiar with guidelines for each loan type and have experience using DU, LP and GUS. Ideal candidates should be accustomed to working with multiple loan originators and capable of processing an average of 15-20 closed files per month. Candidates should be able to provide exceptional customer service and maintain open lines of communication with all parties involved in the loan process.

This position pays a base wage and has monthly bonus and overtime eligibility.
