Job summary

Acrisure Mortgage, LLC is seeking an experienced remote Mortgage Processor to join our team. If you are seasoned with current processing experience and strong ties to builders and Realtors, we want to hear from you!

The Processor handles files from submission through underwriting to closing, working with borrowers, referral sources, and internal staff to complete tasks on time and in line with policy.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years CURRENT experience processing residential mortgage loans.
• Experience with retail builder pipelines.
• Familiar with loan type guidelines and DU/LP/GUS.
• Able to process 15–20 closed files per month.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process files from submission through underwriting to closing.

Acrisure Mortgage, a leading residential mortgage lender, is seeking an experienced remote Processor to join our team! If you are a seasoned processor with current experience and possess a strong background working with Builders and Realtors, combined with expertise in Encompass, we want to hear from you!

The Processor is responsible for processing files from submission through underwriting to closing. They will work closely with the borrower, referral source and internal team members including the Loan Officers, Underwriters and Closers to complete all functions within a timely manner and consistent with all operations policies and procedures.

Candidates should have a minimum of two to five years' experience processing FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond and USDA loans. They should also have experience working on retail builder pipelines. They should be familiar with guidelines for each loan type and have experience using DU, LP and GUS. Ideal candidates should be accustomed to working with multiple loan originators and capable of processing an average of 15-20 closed files per month. Candidates should be able to provide exceptional customer service and maintain open lines of communication with all parties involved in the loan process.

This position pays a base wage and has monthly bonus and overtime eligibility.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years CURRENT experience processing residential mortgage loans

• Possess problem solving skills, attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Experience working with a new home builder preferred
