Job summary

Acrisure Mortgage, LLC is seeking experienced Mortgage Processors for potential future opportunities in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on processing residential mortgage loans from submission through underwriting to closing, with emphasis on builder partnerships and multiple loan originators.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years current experience handling FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond and USDA loans, familiarity with DU, LP and GUS, and an ability to process about 15–20 closed files per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years CURRENT experience processing residential mortgage loans.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Navigates Microsoft Office with ease and is technology savvy.
• Possess problem solving skills, attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Experience working with a new home builder preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Processor handles files from submission through underwriting to closing, coordinating with borrowers, referral sources and internal teams.
• Collaborates with Loan Officers, Underwriters and Closers to complete all loan process steps in a timely manner.
• Maintains compliance with operations policies and procedures throughout the file lifecycle.
