Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years CURRENT experience processing residential mortgage loans.
• Experience with retail builder pipelines preferred.
• Familiar with guidelines for each loan type and experience using DU, LP and GUS.
• Able to work with multiple loan originators and process ~15–20 closed files per month.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Process files from submission through underwriting to closing.
• Collaborate with borrowers, referral sources and internal teams (Loan Officers, Underwriters, Closers).
• Maintain timely processing in line with policies and procedures.
