Acrisure Mortgage is seeking seasoned Mortgage Processors for future opportunities in Orlando, FL. The Processor will manage files from submission through underwriting to closing, working with borrowers and partners to ensure timely, compliant processing.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of current residential mortgage loan experience, familiarity with builder pipelines, and skills with DU/LP/GUS. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply and aim for 15–20 closings per month.

Acrisure Mortgage, a leading residential mortgage lender, is seeking experienced Mortgage Processors for potential future opportunities within our organization. While we may not have an immediate opening, we are always interested in connecting with seasoned processors who have current experience as well as a proven track record of supporting builder partnerships.

The Processor is responsible for processing files from submission through underwriting to closing. They will work closely with the borrower, referral source and internal team members including the Loan Officers, Underwriters and Closers to complete all functions within a timely manner and consistent with all operations policies and procedures.

Candidates should have a minimum of two to five years' experience processing FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond and USDA loans. They should also have experience working on retail builder pipelines. They should be familiar with guidelines for each loan type and have experience using DU, LP and GUS. Ideal candidates should be accustomed to working with multiple loan originators and capable of processing an average of 15-20 closed files per month. Candidates should be able to provide exceptional customer service and maintain open lines of communication with all parties involved in the loan process.

This position pays a base wage and has monthly bonus and overtime eligibility.
