Job summary

Acrisure Mortgage is seeking seasoned Mortgage Processors for future opportunities in Orlando, FL. The Processor will manage files from submission through underwriting to closing, working with borrowers and partners to ensure timely, compliant processing.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of current residential mortgage loan experience, familiarity with builder pipelines, and skills with DU/LP/GUS. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply and aim for 15–20 closings per month.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of CURRENT experience processing residential mortgage loans.
• Experience with FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond, and USDA loans.
• Experience with retail builder pipelines; familiarity with DU, LP, and GUS.
• Ability to process an average of 15–20 closed files per month.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process files from submission through underwriting to closing.
• Coordinate with borrower, referral source, Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers.
• Ensure compliance with all operations policies and procedures.
• Maintain timely processing and strong customer communication.
