Job summary

Zillow Group, a leading real estate platform, is seeking a Manager II, Mortgage Operations, Processing to lead end-to-end loan processing, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, and balance pipeline execution with process improvement and people leadership.

You will collaborate with Loan Originators, Underwriters, and Closers, onboard new staff, manage workloads, and drive productivity while maintaining a customer-centric experience for borrowers and internal partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in mortgage loan processing with 2+ years in management.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Experience with Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loans preferred.
• Familiarity with Encompass360 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train processing staff while overseeing daily volume and workloads.
• Ensure processing meets service level standards and high customer service.
• Maintain loan data records in Encompass360 and document communications.
• Collaborate with Loan Originators, Underwriters, and Closers; support origination and loan fulfillment.
• Onboard new associates and monitor overtime costs.
