Qualifications

• 8+ years of mortgage loan processing experience with at least 2+ years in management.
• Service-focused with strong time-management and communication skills.
• Experience with all loan types (Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and motivate the processing staff while overseeing daily volume and workloads.
• Ensure the team delivers high levels of customer service and accurate records in the LOS.
• Coordinate with originators, underwriters, and external partners to complete loan files.
