Responsibilities

• Proactively generate mortgage business through outbound calls, partner outreach, and community engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and business partners to drive referrals.
• Attend open houses, closings, events to increase visibility and leads.
• Meet with prospective borrowers to gather financial information and discuss housing goals.
• Explain mortgage options, rates, fees, and cash-to-close requirements; prepare loan applications.
