GoRascal Inc. is seeking a full-time Loan Originator for a remote role in the United States.

The incumbent will consult with borrowers, collect and review documentation, and guide clients from inquiry to closing while collaborating with underwriting and processing teams to maintain compliant files and meet production goals. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of loan products, rates, and affordability, plus excellent communication skills in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Loan Origination and Loans, with experience guiding borrowers from application through closing.
• Proficiency in Mortgages and Finance, including understanding of various loan products, interest rates, and affordability calculations.
• Familiarity with Underwriting principles and documentation requirements to prepare complete and compliant loan files.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible terms.
