Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Remote Client Mortgage Loan Originator to originate mortgage loans sourced through referral partners, retail branches, and marketing efforts. You will self-source leads, present tailored mortgage products, and gather disclosures to move loans toward approval and closing.

You will build relationships with builders, realtors, and referral sources, manage loan documents, ensure timely funding, and cross-sell bank offerings while maintaining compliance and delivering excellent

Qualifications

2+ years' experience originating residential mortgages; 4 years preferred.
Existing referral network for mortgage leads.
Experience with loan origination software and MS Office.
Knowledge of Conventional and Government programs (FHA/VA/USDA).
Must obtain Mortgage Loan Originator License with NMLS.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

Origin mortgage loans sourced through referral partners, branches, and marketing efforts.
Self-source mortgage leads and convert into applications; present products and solutions.
Gather borrower documents and satisfy loan conditions; ensure timely closing.
Provide ongoing relationship servicing to mortgage customers.
Promote other bank products as appropriate.
Coordinate with branches/departments to ensure timely funding.
