Role Description The Loan Originator is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding borrowers through the mortgage process from initial inquiry to closing. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with prospective clients to understand their financial goals, collecting and reviewing documentation, and recommending appropriate loan products. The Loan Originator will collaborate with underwriting and processing teams, manage application pipelines, and ensure all files meet regulatory and company standards. This role also involves maintaining regular communication with clients, answering questions, and providing status updates to deliver a smooth and informed borrowing experience. The Loan Originator is expected to meet production goals while maintaining high levels of accuracy, compliance, and customer service.

• Relevant licensing and registration as required by state and federal regulations (e.g., active NMLS registration).
• Prior experience in mortgage sales, loan origination, or a related financial services role is strongly preferred.
