Job summary

• Two years of loan origination with ability to support 10+ applications monthly.

• Knowledge of prequalification principles and practices.
• Detail oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Encompass, Word and Excel; Internet basics.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants and request credit documents for loan applications.
• Analyze financial status and property details to assess loan feasibility.
• Submit loan packages to processors and coordinate timelines.
• Maintain relationships with Realtors and referral sources.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries quickly.
• Inform applicants of approval, denial or outstanding conditions.
• Work independently and handle multiple priorities under deadlines.
