Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is inviting entrepreneurial loan officers to operate remotely under our umbrella on a P&L basis. You will benefit from uncapped commissions and access to loan products for diverse borrower types.

Successful candidates will have an active NMLS/MLO license, strong knowledge of lending regulations, and exceptional communication skills to drive referral networks and client growth. Corporate support assists administration and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Uncapped commissions.
• Loan products for all borrower types.
• Add additional LOs to your team OR act as an individual LO.
• Licensed in 28 states and growing.
• Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.
