From initial consultation through closing, you will originate residential loans, educate clients on options, collect documents, and coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams. Candidates should have active licensure and solid knowledge of loan products.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license or ability to obtain.
• Experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and other loan products.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Experience with loan origination systems (LOS) and remote platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously.
