Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Background in mortgage lending or relationship banking.
Proven success in outside sales and client management.

Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products and market trends.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales goals through outside sales activities.
Build and maintain profitable lending relationships with clients and Centers of Influence (COIs).
Consult with clients to understand their home lending needs.
Promote mortgage products tailored to client goals.
Deepen client and COI relationships by offering additional services.
Represent the organization at community functions to enhance brand image.
