Qualifications

• 5 years of mortgage compliance experience.
• Experience managing audits, licensing, and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and monitor federal and state mortgage regulations.
• Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies and procedures.
• Design and deliver compliance training across the organization.
• Conduct internal audits and QC reviews.
• Manage company and branch licensing and renewals.
