Qualifications

• 8+ years of compliance experience in mortgage lending, banking, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. mortgage regulations and lending practices.
• Experience managing compliance programs, audits, and regulatory examinations.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to partner with executive teams.
