Acrisure Mortgage in Orlando, FL is seeking experienced Mortgage Closers for potential future opportunities. The role focuses on preparing and auditing closing documents, delivering disclosures, and ensuring compliance with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and USDA guidelines.

Experience with multi-state closings and construction loan products is a plus. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in mortgage closing, can close 65 loans, and are proficient with Encompass.

Formación

• 3+ years of mortgage closing experience.
• Ability to close 65 loans.
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and USDA guidelines and related laws.
• Experience reading and interpreting loan documents and closing packages.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre-closing audit of closing and compliance documents.
• Prepare and send Closing Disclosure to settlement agent and borrower.
• Deliver Closing Disclosure within required timeframe.
• Review Mavent compliance reports on files.
• Enter data in Encompass and ensure accuracy.
• Clear underwriting conditions before closing and funding.
• Generate and deliver closing documents to settlement agent.
• Ensure work quality adheres to policy and procedures.
• Ensure loans in pipeline fund timely.
• Participate in pipeline/team calls and meetings.
• Develop relationships with sales, processing, underwriting, funding, compliance, and operations teams and partners.
• Engage with builders and title company partners.
