Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recent experience closing/funding residential mortgage loans.

Responsibilities

• Update LOS to monitor pipeline and maintain accuracy.
• Prepare and/or review closing disclosures.
• Confirm employment verification within specified timeframe.

Skills

FHA/VA/BOND experience

Strong understanding of LE, CD, TIL and RESPA rules

Excellent organization

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Education

High school graduate or equivalent preferred
