Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of experience as a mortgage loan closer.
• Encompass LOS experience is required.
• Proven experience managing loans from initial disclosure through Closing Disclosure (CD).
• Strong experience with conventional, FHA, and refinance loans.
• Hands-on experience preparing and issuing Closing Disclosures and full closing packages.
• Deep understanding of TRID, RESPA, and tolerance rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and deliver accurate Closing Disclosures (CDs) and complete closing packages.
• Coordinate closely with processors, underwriters, title companies, and borrowers to ensure timely and efficient closings.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable lending regulations, including TRID, RESPA, and tolerance guidelines.
• Handle loan changes such as loan amount adjustments and rate extensions.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Work extended hours when required based on business volume.
