Acrisure Mortgage, LLC is seeking experienced Mortgage Closers for potential future opportunities. The role focuses on accurate, timely closing documentation, adherence to FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA/USDA guidelines, and close collaboration with internal teams and settlement partners.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of mortgage closing experience, the ability to close 65 loans, and strong understanding of regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• 3+ years of mortgage closing experience.
• Must be able to close 65 loans.
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret loan documents such as promissory notes and agency directives.

Mansioni

• Perform pre-closing audit of closing and compliance documentation.
• Prepare and send Closing Disclosure to settlement agent.
• Deliver Closing Disclosure to borrower within required timeframe.
• Review Mavent Compliance report on every file.
• Enter data in Encompass and ensure accuracy.
• Clear all “Prior to Closing” underwriting conditions.
• Generate and deliver closing documents to settlement agent.
• Ensure loans fund timely within pipeline and policy.
