Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Retail Regional Manager to lead Mortgage Loan Originators, drive production, and ensure growth across the region. You will recruit, train, coach and retain elite talent while aligning with company goals and market trends.

You will foster partnerships with other business lines, participate in local mortgage banking associations, and ensure compliance with NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act requirements and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mortgage Retail Regional Manager in leading and managing Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals.
• Recruit, interview and train elite talent, and retain current employees while managing performance.
• Communicate goals, objectives and performance to staff and promote a sales environment through training and coaching.
• Act as liaison between U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other departments; establish cross‑functional partnerships.
