Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Mortgage Loan Originators to meet production goals and profitability.
• Recruit, interview and train elite talent; manage performance.
• Promote sales environment through coaching and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with other departments and external trade associations; maintain industry knowledge.
• Establish and maintain NMLS registration and comply with SAFÉ Act requirements.
