Qualifications

• Two or more years as Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and sales strategies.
• Experience leading teams and coaching sales talent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mortgage Retail Regional Manager in leading Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Recruit, interview and train elite talent and manage performance.
• Promote a sales culture through coaching and marketing materials.
• Communicate goals and results to staff; partner with other lines.
• Work with NMLS requirements and regulatory compliance.
