Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mortgage Regional Manager in leadership of Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans and drive production.
• Recruit, interview and train talent and manage performance.
• Promote sales environment via coaching and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with other departments and industry associations.
