You will cultivate referral sources with brokers and builders and collaborate across business lines to grow customer relationships. This role requires NMLS registration, a remote posting with on-site 3 days per week for local candidates, and a weekly driving expectation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of mortgage sales experience.
• NMLS registration or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities for mortgage loan originators.
• Ensure documents for processing, underwriting and closing are secured timely.
• Meet annual loan origination volume goals set by management.
• Establish referral relationships with brokers, builders and other sources.
• Recruit and develop talent; retain employees through development and engagement.
• Collaborate with U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other lines to grow customer relationships.
