Job summary

GE Vernova Inc. is seeking a Digital Engineering Support Manager to lead Software Quality/Compliance and Application and Infrastructure Support teams supporting GE Vernova Nuclear Engineering and external customers. You will drive long-term planning, budget adherence, and delivery of quality software and tools.

The role requires managing complex issues, guiding strategy, and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals while fostering engineering excellence and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM majors.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the Software Quality/Compliance and the Application and Infrastructure Support teams.
• Lead medium-sized teams of senior professionals and guide strategy for the area.
• Collaborate with GEH engineering, Product Management and Project Delivery teams for acquisition and support of engineering software and tools.
• Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services.
• Make decisions on complex tasks using high level judgment and gather input from multiple sources.
• May lead functional projects with minimal resources and clearly communicate difficult concepts.
