Job summary

Stripe, LLC is seeking a Billing Operations professional in Seattle to design and manage scalable billing, onboarding, and contract workflows for complex customer arrangements. You will partner with legal, sales, engineering, and accounting to improve processes, onboard contracts, and deliver data-driven optimization across the customer lifecycle.

The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience and offers opportunities for growth with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in finance, business, information management, or related field.
• 4+ years of client-facing experience in customer success, consulting, financial services, account management, or technical product sales.
• 3+ years in each of: tracing impacts, GSuite/Excel, large data sets, SQL, project management/consulting, data modeling, PowerPoint, digital workflow design, dashboard design with Tableau, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage scalable billing and collection processes for complex user agreements and new business operations.
• Build scalable onboarding processes for new and existing users.
• Onboard sold custom contracts into billing systems.
• Collaborate with legal contracts and stakeholders to improve processes.
• Partner with internal teams to develop and improve contract reviews and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Assist account managers with onboarding implementation, billing, and collections inquiries.
• Advocate for customers to internal stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to improve Stripe user experience and drive operational improvements.
• Deliver continuous process improvements that enhance operations.
