Job summary

Stripe is seeking a detail-oriented professional to develop scalable billing and onboarding processes for complex agreements. You will work with legal, sales, engineering, and finance to ensure accurate contract reviews and efficient customer onboarding.

You will analyze data, design dashboards, and present insights to influence operations and customer outcomes. This role requires strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills and offers substantial collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business, Information Management, or related field.
• Experience in client-facing roles and financial services or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage scalable billing and collection processes for complex user agreements and new business operations.
• Build scalable and auditable onboarding processes for new and existing users.
• Onboard sold custom contracts into our billing systems.
• Work with legal contracts using strong attention to detail.
• Partner with internal systems, global deal management, legal, sales ops, internal audit, go-to-market, engineering and accounting teams to develop and improve processes for contract reviews and to anticipate changing business requirements.
• Partner with account managers to solve user inquiries related to onboarding implementation, billing, and collections.
• Advocate for the customer to internal stakeholders.
• Share system feedback and insights to Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support and Legal on innovation and improvement needed to optimize the Stripe user experience.
• Help scope, build, and deliver continuous process improvements that enhance operations.

Who you are

Minimum requirements

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business, Information Management, or a related field, plus 4 years of Client-facing experience in customer success, consulting, financial services, account management, or technical product sales.

Must also have 3 years experience in each of the following:

• Tracing process impacts from situation to end customers & business financial outcomes;
• Payment industry;
• GSuite and Excel;
• Working with large data sets;
• SQL;
• Project management or consulting;
• Data Modeling;
• Influencing business decisions by creating high quality presentations and documentations using PowerPoint;
• Digital workflow design, focusing on improving efficiency and user experience across organizational tools;
• Dashboard Design and Data Visualization using Tableau;
• Using data visualization tools including creating dashboards in Hubble to track KPIs and operational performance; and
• Forecast Modeling.

Salary: $152,069.00 - $199,200.00/Yr

This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions/sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary.

40 hrs/week

50% Telecommuting Permitted.

Up to 25% international travel required.
