Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a billing and onboarding specialist to develop scalable processes for complex customer agreements and to ensure smooth onboarding for new and existing users.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Management, or related field, plus 4 years of client-facing experience in customer success, consulting, or financial services. 50% international travel possible.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage scalable billing and collection processes for complex user agreements and new business operations.
• Build scalable and auditable onboarding processes for new and existing users.
• Onboard sold customer contracts into billing systems.
• Work with legal contracts with strong attention to detail.
• Partner with internal teams to improve contract reviews and adapt to changing requirements.
• Collaborate with account managers to resolve onboarding, billing, and collection inquiries.
• Advocate for the customer to internal stakeholders.
• Share system feedback to Sales, Product, Engineering, Support and Legal to drive improvements.
• Help scope, build, and deliver continuous process improvements for operations.

What you’ll doResponsibilities

• Develop and manage scalable billing and collection processes for complex user agreements and new business operations.
• Build scalable and auditable onboarding processes for new and existing users.
• Onboard sold custom contracts into our billing systems.
• Work with legal contracts using strong attention to detail.
• Partner with internal systems, global deal management, legal, sales ops, internal audit, go-to-market, engineering and accounting teams to develop and improve processes for contract reviews and to anticipate changing business requirements.
• Partner with account managers to solve user inquiries related to onboarding implementation, billing, and collections.
• Advocate for the customer to internal stakeholders.
• Share system feedback and insights to Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support and Legal on innovation and improvement needed to optimize the the company user experience.
• Help scope, build, and deliver continuous process improvements that enhance operations.

Who you areMinimum requirements

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business, Information Management, or a related field, plus 4 years of Client-facing experience in customer success, consulting, financial services, account management, or technical product sales.

Must also have 3 years experience in each of the following:

• Tracing process impacts from situation to end customers & business financial outcomes;
• Payment industry;
• GSuite and Excel;
• Working with large data sets;
• SQL;
• Project management or consulting;
• Data Modeling;
• Influencing business decisions by creating high quality presentations and documentations using PowerPoint;
• Digital workflow design, focusing on improving efficiency and user experience across organizational tools;
• Dashboard Design and Data Visualization using Tableau;
• Using data visualization tools including creating dashboards in Hubble to track KPIs and operational performance; and
• Forecast Modeling.

Salary: $152,069.00 - $199,200.00/Yr

This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions/sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary.

40 hrs/week

50% Telecommuting Permitted.Up to 25% international travel required.
