Oogway Apps is seeking a Growth/Monetisation Lead to own monetisation strategy for a portfolio of apps. You will manage ad revenue (IAA) and IAP/subscriptions, working with product, engineering, UA/marketing, design, and analytics to optimise yield, ARPDAU, andRetention while balancing ROAS.

Responsibilities include managing mediation platforms, running A/B tests, improving ARPDAU, monitor eCPMs, and ensuring ad quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in mobile app monetisation, ad ops, or product growth.
• Hands-on ownership of ad revenue and/or IAP.
• Strong knowledge of mediation platforms and programmatic concepts.
• Proven track record of improving ARPDAU, eCPM, or LTV through experiments.
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL and BI tools.

Responsabilités

• Own ad revenue across multiple formats and mediation platforms.
• Optimise waterfalls, floor prices, and ad unit configurations by geo/cohort.
• Run and analyse A/B tests to maximise ARPDAU with retention intact.
• Monitor metrics like fill rate, eCPMs, latency, and ad quality.
• Own IAP and subscription revenue, pricing, and promotions.
• Design store catalogues, pricing, bundles, and paywall experiments.
• Build revenue dashboards and provide weekly/monthly insights.
