Job summary

Mode.Inc is standing up a new portfolio of apps with ventures in wellness and personal budgeting. You will own multiple apps, prioritize investment vs maintenance, and drive monetization strategies across subscriptions, ads, and data revenue.

You will report to the GM, Upcoming Apps Portfolio, and lead a cross-functional squad to validate hypotheses and scale successful products while navigating ambiguity and fast iteration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional product management experience.
• 3+ years owning a product discovery process.
• Experience with subscription products and monetization.
• Advertising monetization in mobile apps.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features.
• Experience building native Android and iOS apps.
• Data/attention monetization and consent flows.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple apps in a portfolio, moving between them and keeping the thread on each.
• Define hypotheses, budget, and success criteria for each app.
• Balance user needs with business goals to maximize revenue and UX.
• Develop monetization models including subscriptions and ads.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, legal, and privacy teams.
• Experiment and measure outcomes using analytics tools.
