Spiro is seeking a seasoned monday.com Solution Architect to own the strategic design, governance, and evolution of our enterprise monday.com ecosystem. This remote US role sits above the Super User community as the central authority for platform design, scale, and adoption across regions and functions.

You will translate business needs into scalable workflow solutions, driving digital transformation and measurable value while aligning data, reporting, and integrations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experienced Solution Architect with strong workflow design and digital transformation background.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-grade monday.com ecosystems across regions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and governance skills in a dynamic agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise monday.com architecture and ensure scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Define platform standards, governance, and best practices; develop the platform roadmap.
• Design enterprise workflows enabling collaboration across regions and functions; provide architectural guidance.
• Establish governance standards, lead Super User community, review major platform developments.
• Define data structures, reporting standards, and integration strategies with CRM/ERP/BI systems.
